Understanding what they’re looking for, as well as keeping up to date on the latest trends and product developments across the market.

The Commercial Team work closely with all parts of the business - retail, marketing and online in particular and has to be highly adaptable and responsive to the trading performance of the company. No two days are the same. You could be visiting our stores listening to product feedback one day and be meeting with suppliers to develop new products the next. Or attending trade shows and then reviewing category performance with finance colleagues.
